It started on Monday, September 11th Artfools Academy with the first online meeting with greetings and discussion from the artistic director Mr. Mitsoulis.
The baton was taken on September 12 by Natalia Lambropoulou with the topic «Directing in the Small and the Large Form» and followed on Wednesday, September 13, the thematic «Scenography and Costumes in Short Films», with Sonia Kiatatzis
On September 14, Tania Nanaraki will speak about «The montage: From the Little Longs on TV» And on September 15th, Sofía Voulala will continue with the same theme. «Special Effects and special makeup in movies short film».
The online meetings will conclude on Saturday, September 16th with Mr. Mitsoulis.
At Artfools Academy, 4 directors with corresponding films are selected to participate:
- Unique Chance (21’) – Short Film Mythopoeia (Papadeimtriou)
- Watch me vanish (4’) – Short Animation (Bardhe)
- The Stop of Time (13th minute) – Mythopoeia in Mini-Length (Chotsis)
- Lou (8’) – Short Fiction (Frouko)
The films will be shown at 15ο International Film Festival of Larissa from 30 October to November 5, 2023, with the presence of the directors.
Artfools Academy concludes the pre-festival series of workshops of the Festival and the new workshops will be announced during its duration.
The International Film Festival of Larissa he is fully on his way to his main event from 30 October to November 5, in the cinema «Victoria». This year, the organization of the Festival, as every year, takes place under the auspices of Thessaly Region, the Greek Film Center and the National Center for Audiovisual Media and Communication, while the organizing consultant is Alpha Marketing Greece.
